17 Bringing offender before court for review
(1)
The court may require an offender who is subject to an order to appear before it from time to time for a review of the offender's progress in the program.
(2)
The court may request the program facilitator for the program to provide a participation notice under regulation 16(4) for an offender prior to a review under subregulation (1).
