Applying for authority in contravention of control order

In force

(1)

This section applies to a controlled person if a control order that is in force in relation to the person prohibits him or her from applying for an authority to carry on a prescribed activity.

(2)

The controlled person must not apply for an authority to carry on the prescribed activity.

Fault element: Intention.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months.
