10 Contravention of order
A person who is required to comply with an order made under section 9(1) commits an offence if:
(a)
the person intentionally engages in conduct; and
(b)
the conduct results in contravention of the order and the person is reckless in relation to the result.
Maximum penalty: 40 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months.
