12 Provision for cases where sheriff ought not to execute process
Where any process is awarded or issued against the sheriff or where, in the opinion of the Court or a Judge, circumstances render it improper for the sheriff to execute any process, the Court or the
Judge may direct the process to any fit person appointed by the Court or the Judge.
