11 Carrying out of treatment
(1) The Commissioner may, by agreement with a person who is a landholder and subject to such conditions (if any) as are included in the agreement:
carry out treatment; or
provide assistance in the carrying out of treatment,
on land of which a person is a landholder.
The Commissioner may share in the cost of:
carrying out a treatment; or
providing assistance in the carrying out of a treatment,
under subsection (1).
(3) The assistance that may be provided under subsection (1) includes:
the preparation of maps, plans and specifications;
the supervision of the carrying out of treatment; and
(c) the hiring to the landholder of equipment (including plant and machinery).
