15 Commissioner may order offender to reduce danger of erosion
(1)
Where a person contravenes or fails to comply with a Soil
Conservation Order served under section 14 and a danger of soil erosion is, in the opinion of the Commissioner, thereby created, the
Commissioner may order that person to take such measures as he specifies to reduce that danger.
(2)
A person served with an order under this section shall, forthwith or within such time as the Commissioner allows, comply with and shall not contravene that order.
Maximum penalty: 8 penalty units.
