Status of Children Act 1978

The Administrator may make regulations not inconsistent with this Act for or with respect to:

forms for the purposes of this Act;

the carrying out of parentage testing procedures under orders made under section 13;

the preparation of reports in relation to the information obtained as the result of the carrying out of procedures under orders made under section 13;

fees to be charged under this Act; and

generally, all matters required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed and all matters that are necessary or convenient for the proper administration of this Act or to achieve the object and purposes of this Act.
