27 Arrangements under repealed Act
(1)
An arrangement of which the former Board was a party has effect as if the Territory were the former Board for the purposes of the arrangement.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), an arrangement referred to in subsection (1) includes any agreement under which a party to the agreement is obliged to give an undertaking or to provide a guarantee or a security.
