7 Powers of Minister
The Minister has power to do all things necessary or convenient for the purposes of the Centre.
Without limiting subsection (1), the Minister may for the purposes of the Centre do any of the following:
acquire objects for, and dispose of objects from, the collections;
lend any part of the collections;
borrow objects;
determine charges for the viewing or any other use of the collections;
produce, publish and sell reproductions, replicas, photographs and other publications;
grant rights over the reproduction of intellectual property.
However, the Minister may dispose of an object from the collections only if the Board has approved the proposed disposal in accordance with section 20(3).
