37 Rules
The Rules set out in the Schedule are, until amended in accordance with this section, the Scheme Rules.
The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, make rules not inconsistent with this Act, the Regulations or an agreement, approved by the Minister, with the administrators, trustees or controlling body of another superannuation scheme, amending the
Rules.
Sections 63A to 63C of the Interpretation Act 1978 apply to and in relation to rules made under subsection (2) as if they were rules forwarded to the Minister, on the date on which they were made, by some other person with a power under this Act to make them.
For section 57A of the Interpretation Act 1978, the Rules are a statutory instrument under an Act.
