40 Annual report
(1)
The Commissioner must prepare, for the Minister, an annual report on the operation and management of each NTG Scheme during the financial year.
(2)
The annual report must be given to the Minister within 6 months after the end of the financial year or within such other period as determined by the Minister.
(3)
The Minister must table the report in the Legislative Assembly within 6 sitting days after the Minister receives it.
