45DC Release amount
The release amount is the least of the following:
(a)
the amount authorised by the release authority to be paid;
(b)
the amount the account holder or ATO requests to be paid;
(c) if the account holder is entitled to immediate payment of a benefit under the Scheme – the amount of the benefit.
