45T Information to be provided by Commissioner
(1)
A member or former member of either Scheme may ask the
Commissioner for information about actual or prospective entitlements under the Scheme and for information relevant to the calculation of those entitlements.
Example for subsection (1)
A member of the NTGPAS
Scheme might ask for a statement of the number of annual benefit points to which the member is entitled.
(2)
The Commissioner must, as soon as practicable after receiving a request under subsection (1), supply the information requested.
