6 Functions and powers of Commissioner
(1)
The functions of the Commissioner are:
(a)
to administer the NTG Schemes; and
(b) with the approval of the Minister, to administer any other superannuation scheme; and
(c)
any other functions imposed by or under this or any other Act.
(2) The Commissioner has the powers necessary to perform the Commissioner's functions.
