60 Continuation of ongoing matters
(1)
Anything done or omitted to be done by, to, or in relation to, the old board before the restructure time that is of ongoing effect is to be taken, after the restructure time, to have been done or omitted to be done by, to, or in relation to, the Trustee Board.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), any direction given by the old board to the Commissioner and in force immediately before the restructure time continues in force as a direction given by the
Trustee Board.
