Superannuation Act 1986

Anything done or omitted to be done by, to or in relation to the

Trustee Board before the commencement that has effect after that date is taken to have been done or omitted to be done by, to or in relation to the Commissioner.

To avoid doubt, section 8V continues to apply to members of the Trustee Board after the commencement in relation to anything done or omitted to be done by, to or in relation to the Trustee Board before the commencement.

To avoid doubt, the repeal of section 36 by the

Superannuation Legislation Amendment Act 2019 does not affect the validity of any agreement made under that section.
