13B Pension of Judge who retires after 15 years of service
(1)
A Judge is entitled to a pension under this section if, when the
Judge ceases to hold office as a Judge, the Judge:
(a)
has served as a Judge for 15 years or more; and
(b)
is at least 65 years of age.
(2)
The pension is to be paid at a rate equal to 60% of the appropriate current judicial salary.
