63.57 Basis of taxation of costs payable by client
(1) Costs to which this Part applies payable to a solicitor by his client shall, subject to any
Act, an order of the Court or an agreement between the solicitor and the client, be taxed on a solicitor and client basis.
(2) The solicitor and client basis of taxation is as provided by rule 63.59.
