75.07 Application by Registrar
(1) The Court may, by order, direct the Registrar to apply by summons or originating motion for punishment of a contempt.
(2) Where the Registrar applies as so directed, the Court may order that costs be paid by the
Registrar to the respondent or by the respondent to the Registrar, as it thinks fit.
