Supreme Court Rules 1987

On receipt of a deposition taken under this Order a Registrar shall:

(a) give a certificate sealed with the seal of the Court annexing and identifying the letter of request, certificate or other document from the court or tribunal requesting the examination, the order of the Court for examination, the deposition and the exhibits (if any) received from the examiner;

and

(b) send the certificate and the annexures to the Attorney-General or, where the letter of request, certificate or other document was sent to the Registry or

Registrar by some other person pursuant to a Convention, to that other person.
