88.08 Hearing
(1) A proceeding under this Part:
(a)
may be heard:
(i) in the absence of the public; and
(ii) without the appearance before the Court of a person; and
(b) shall be heard without an appointment being obtained for the hearing.
(2) Order 46 does not apply to a proceeding under this Part.
