(1) Where a proceeding has been commenced for revocation of a grant, the Court may order the executor or administrator to deposit the grant in the Registry.

(2) In an urgent case, the

Court may, on the application of a person who intends to commence a proceeding for revocation of a grant, order the executor or administrator to deposit the grant in the Registry to the same extent as if the applicant had commenced the proceeding and the application were made in the proceeding.
