91.08 Application to set aside an arbitral award
For an application to the
Court under section 34 of the Act to set aside an arbitral award, the originating motion must include a statement of:
(a) the date the party received the award; or
(b) if a request has been made to the arbitral tribunal under section 33 of the Act – the date the request was disposed of by the arbitral tribunal.
