33 Residence of each applicant
(1)
A parentage order must not be made unless each applicant resides in the Territory at the time of the hearing of the application.
(2)
Despite subsection (1), the Local Court may dispense with the requirement that an applicant reside in the Territory in exceptional circumstances.
