41 Revocation of parentage order
(1)
The Local Court may, by order, revoke a parentage order relating to a child if satisfied that:
(a)
any of the grounds required under section 40(2) exist; and
(b)
the revocation is in the best interest of the child.
(2)
An order of the Local Court revoking a parentage order relating to a child may also provide for:
(a)
subject to section 36(3), the name of the child; and
(b)
any consequential or ancillary matters.
