Review of Act

In force

(1)

The Minister must review this Act to determine whether its purposes remain valid and whether its provisions remain appropriate for achieving those purposes.

(2)

The review must be undertaken as soon as possible after 5 years from the commencement of this Act.

(3)

A report on the outcome of the review must be tabled in the

Assembly within 6 years from the commencement of this Act.
