Falsely representing to provide accredited education course

Current

A person commits an offence if the person:

(a) intentionally makes a representation, by words or conduct, that is likely to induce someone else to believe that the person provides an accredited education course; and

(b) knows the representation is false.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
