16 Application for and determination of renewal of registration or licence
(1)
A person may, before the expiration of the registration of a dog or a licence, apply to the Registrar for the renewal of the registration of the dog or the renewal of the licence in the same manner as an application is made for the registration of a dog or for the grant of a licence.
(2)
An application under clause (1) shall be determined by the
Registrar in the same manner as an application for the registration of a dog or the grant of a licence is determined.
