Part 2Territory Coordinator
18 Delegation
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), the Territory Coordinator may, in writing, delegate any of the Coordinator's powers and functions under this Act to any person who the Coordinator is satisfied has the appropriate qualifications or experience to exercise the power or perform the function.
(2)
The Territory Coordinator may not delegate a power or function under Part 7.
