Notice of designation or revocation

In force

(1)

The Minister must give written notice in accordance with subsection (2) if the Minister:

(a)

designates a project under section 23; or

(b)

revokes the designation of a project.

(2)

The notice must include:

(a)

a statement of reasons for the designation or revocation; and

(b)

the information prescribed by regulation.

(3)

The notice must be:

(a)

published on the Territory Coordinator or Agency website; and

(b)

given to the proponent of the project.
