45 Territory Coordinator's views to be sought on Territory development area applications
(1)
In considering any application for a statutory decision or regarding a statutory process in relation to any land in a Territory development area for which a TDA plan is not in effect, a responsible entity must seek and take the Territory Coordinator's views on the application into account before making any decision.
(2)
Subsection (1) applies despite any other law of the Territory.
