59 Revocation of approval of TDA plan
(1)
The Minister may, in writing, revoke the approval of a TDA plan.
(2)
The revocation takes effect on the date specified in the notice published under section 61(2).

A TDA plan may be automatically revoked under section 54(2)(b).
