Territory Coordinator Act 2025

If, in the performance of a person's work under section 93, damage is caused to land, the Territory must pay to the owner or occupier of the land, as the case requires, the amount, if any, that is determined by the Territory Coordinator to be the amount of the damage.

For this section, damage to land includes loss suffered as a result of any of the following:

deprivation of the access to the surface of the land;

damage to the surface of the land or to improvements on the land;

damage to a crop or to stock on the land.
