99 Annual report
(1)
The Territory Coordinator must, by 31 October following the end of each financial year, prepare and give the Minister a report on the operation of this Act during that year.
(2)
The annual report must include a copy of each condition variation notice, exemption notice and step-in notice given during the financial year.
(3)
The Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative
Assembly within 6 sitting days after receiving it.
