Minister may make transfer order

The Minister may, by Gazette notice, make one or more orders under this section for the purpose of facilitating the sale of the insurance business or the sale of the banking business (as the case requires).

(2)

However, the Minister must not make a transfer order unless the purchaser has agreed to the order being made.
