27B Who may apply for covert search warrant
(1)
A police officer with the rank of or above Assistant
Commissioner is authorised to apply for a covert search warrant for a place.
(2)
A police officer mentioned in subsection (1) may authorise another police officer to apply for a covert search warrant for a place.
