15D Limits on outdoor smoking area
A liquor licensee must not allow the service or consumption of food or drink in an outdoor smoking area that is operated under the following authorities issued under the Liquor Act 2019:
(a)
catering authority;
(b)
community club authority;
(c)
community event authority;
(d)
major event authority;
(e)
special event authority;
(f)
special venture authority.
