12 Chief executive officer

(1)

The Chief Minister may, in writing, appoint a person to be the chief executive officer of Tourism and Events NT.

(3)

If Tourism and Events NT is an Agency, the chief executive officer is the Chief Executive Officer of Tourism and Events NT for the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 1993.

(4)

The chief executive officer administers the day‑to‑day operations of Tourism and Events NT.

(5)

Tourism and Events NT acts through the chief executive officer.

(6)

Anything done by the chief executive officer in the name of, or for, Tourism and Events NT is taken to have been done by Tourism and

Events NT.
