Part 5Transitional matters for Tourism NT Amendment (Integration of NTMEC) Act 2025
33 Definitions
In this Part:
amending Act means the Tourism NT Amendment (Integration of NTMEC) Act 2025.
commencement means the commencement of section 7 of the amending Act.
Commission means the commission established under section 5 of this Act before the commencement.
NTMEC means Northern Territory Major Events Company Pty
Ltd (ABN 22 085 961 520).
Tourism NT means the body corporate known as Tourism NT that was continued in existence before the commencement of section 7 of the amending Act.
