19A Prohibited drug
In this Part, a prohibited drug means a drug prescribed by the Regulations as either of the following:
(a)
drugs that are strictly prohibited for section 28(1) and to which the defence under section 29 does not apply;
(b)
drugs that are prohibited for section 28(1) but in relation to which the defence under section 29 may apply.
