Effect of suspension of licence to drive or vehicle registration

In force

(1)

If a person's licence to drive is suspended under this Act or another Act, the person is to be taken not to hold a licence to drive during the period of suspension.

(2)

If the registration of a vehicle is suspended under the Motor

Vehicles Act 1949, the vehicle is to be taken to not be registered during the period of suspension.
