10 Offences
(1)
The words "Offence provision." in a rule of the
Australian Road Rules (or, if the rule has 2 or more subrules, in a subrule) indicates that a contravention of the rule (or subrule) is an offence.
(2)
The penalty for an offence is the penalty applying to the offence under another law of this jurisdiction.
