85 Offence to contravene direction

(1)

A person commits an offence if:

(a) an authorised officer has given a direction to the person under section 84(e), (f) or (i): and

(b)

the person intentionally engages in conduct; and

(c) the conduct results in a contravention of the direction and the person is reckless in relation to the result.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.

(2)

Strict liability applies to subsection (1)(a).
