The Waste Management and Pollution Control Act 1998 has effect as if the following had been inserted at the end of Schedule
2, Part 1 to that Act:
4. Constructing an onshore gas plant as part of the Blacktip Gas
Project within the meaning of the Trans-Territory Pipeline and
Blacktip Gas Projects (Special Provisions) Act 2005.
