22F Authorisation to enter into contract or arrangement
(1)
The Minister may, by signed writing, authorise a person to enter into a contract or arrangement of a kind mentioned in section 22E(1)(b) if the Minister is satisfied there are special circumstances to do so.
(2)
The authorisation is subject to the conditions imposed by the
Minister and stated in it.
