36 Authorisation to remove tissue after death
(1)
An authorisation mentioned in section 18(2) given by the person in charge of a hospital continues to have effect as if the amending
Act had not been enacted.
(2)
Another authorisation given under section 18 or an authorisation given under 19 continues to have effect, or has effect, as if it had been given under the section as re-enacted.
