12 Court order to stay off
(1)
A court of competent jurisdiction may order a person found guilty of a trespassing offence in relation to a place to stay off and not enter that place for a period of up to 12 months.
(2)
In this section:
trespassing offence means any of the following:
(a)
an offence against this Act;
(b)
an offence against the Trespass Act 1987.
