27 Offences
(1)
The provisions of the repealed Act, as in force immediately before the commencement, continue to apply to offences against that
Act committed before the commencement.
(2)
For subsection (1), an offence is taken to have been committed before the commencement if any of the conduct constituting the offence occurred before the commencement.
