34 Regulations
(1) The Administrator may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, prescribing matters:
required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or
(b) necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.
The Regulations may provide for the following:
the keeping of records;
the valuation of goods;
(c) penalties for offences against the Regulations not exceeding 100 penalty units for a natural person and 500 penalty units for a body corporate.
The Regulations may:
make different provision in relation to:
different persons or matters; or
different classes of persons or matters; or
apply differently by reference to stated exceptions or factors.
