106 Rates
(1) Each unit must be rated separately for the Local Government Act 2019,
Northern Territory Rates Act 1971 or Darwin Waterfront
Corporation Act 2006.
(2) A body corporate must not be rated under the Local Government Act
2019 or Northern Territory Rates Act 1971.
